What we do:
- Vet all staff and volunteers vis enhanced DBS checks and references
- Train all staff regularly in safeguarding, child protection and first aid
- Maintain secure entry systems and visitor procedures
- Record and report any concerns promptly and confidentiality
- Work closely with parents, carers, and external agencies when needed
What you can expect from us:
- We will listen to you and keep you informed
- We will treat all concerns seriously and act quickly
- We will respect confidentiality while following legal duties
- We will explain clearly if we need to involve other agencies
