Sessions, Fees & Funding

Deposit: £150 refundable

Registration fee: £75 non-refundable

We have a policy that a minimum of 2 full days must be taken per week. This is to ensure that children settle into the setting well and are comfortable within the nursery. The fees include meals and snacks, extra-curricular activities, additional resources and equipment, management costs, service charges and administrative costs. Fees do not include extra sessions or trips. There is a £18 consumable charge applied to the fees for each day taken. Consumables include meals, snacks, toiletries and extracurricular activities. Consumables are voluntary; you can opt in or opt out from each of the items listed below.

Terms and Conditions:

Opening hours:

Our general opening hours are 8 am to 6 pm, Monday to Friday. We do offer an early start at 7.30 am and a late pick up at 6.30 pm; these are priced at £5 per session. We require parents to book these sessions 4 weeks in advance, so we can ensure ratios are maintained at these times. These sessions are on a first-come, first-served basis. The nursery is closed on all bank holidays and for the period between Christmas and New Year.

Session times:

We offer full day, 8 am to 6 pm. We also offer an early start and late finish with additional costs of £5 per session, and bookings must be made 4 weeks in advance. Normal booked sessions cannot be swapped for alternative sessions.

Attendance:

To ensure continuity of care, children must attend a minimum of 2 full days a week. Parents can have a full-time position five days a week, if required and subject to availability.

Attendance changes:

If you wish to make a change to your child’s attendance pattern, you must give us one month’s notice and notify us in writing. You will then be asked to complete a change of days form; however, we can only offer the change of days it is available at the time of request.

Extra Days:

Extra days are subject to availability and must be booked with the nursery manager. These days are charged at the normal rates and fees stated above, e.g. Full day £75 or half day, which is 8 am to 1 pm or 1 pm to 6 pm at £42.

Sibling discounts:

We offer a 5% sibling discount to children whose younger siblings also attend the setting. Sibling discounts cannot be applied with any other promotional offer.

Payment terms:

Fees for each calendar month are due for payment in full by direct debit or standing order by the 1^st of each month in advance. For example, for the month of January, you will make the payment for the full month by the 1^st of January, this invoice will be the 1^st of Jan to the 31^st of Jan. Failure to adhere to payment terms will lead to late payment charge of £25 and/or if consistent with late payments, then your child being excluded from the nursery.

Termination:

At least one calendar months’ notice is required in writing to notify us that you wish to withdraw your child from the nursery. If correct notice is not given, then one calendar month’s fees will be payable in lieu of notice. Deposits will only be refunded if the correct notice period is given and no outstanding balance on your account.

• The last working day at the nursery will the 23^rd of Dec every year, we will be closed on the 24th of December to the 4^th of January. We reopen on the 5^th of January if this is a working day. 

We reserve the right to increase the fees on an annual basis.
